What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or UnionPay Debit or Credit card, or your Paypal account. We do not accept cash.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay with a credit or debit card?

You do not need a Paypal account. When you check out you will be redirected to Paypal. Click on "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card". You will be able to add your card number without using a Paypal account. 

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a flat rate of P150 for every delivery. 

What are your pickup locations and how do I pickup?

A few days before your order is ready, we'll send you an email and text message with the date and time for pickup at the location you chose at checkout.

    When will my order be delivered / ready for pickup?

    We only harvest when our fruit is mature and ready to eat-- Check the estimated harvest date on our home page. We'll send you a notification 1 week before your delivery. We'll also notify you the day before with your estimated delivery time window.   

    When do you start taking orders for upcoming harvests?

    Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to get updates about fruit coming into season soon, new additions and other news. We generally open up orders 1-2 months before harvest and announce this on our website as well.

    Will I be notified when my delivery is on the way?

    Yes. You'll receive notifications via email and SMS the day before delivery and on the day of, when your order is on the way.

    Are you sure you'll harvest enough fruit to fulfill all orders?

    We make conservative estimates based on periodic counts to ensure we have enough to fulfill all orders. That said, sometimes nature has its way, so in the rare event that we are unable to send you the fruit you ordered, rest assured that we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a refund.
